The basic way to make the PCMX disinfectant

If you would like to make a phenolic disinfectants, we advised you to try the basic formula and do the two steps as following.

Step 1.
500g 30% Castor Oil Potassium Soap Making

Technological process:

Water demand for dissolving KOH

Total KOH Solution：32/0.3=107g
Water demand      107-32=75g
Rest Water         315-75=240

Step 2.
PCMX Disinfectant Making

● Weigh PCMX first, then add isopropanol to mix
● Stir until PCMX is completely dissolved, add pine oil/terpineol and stir
● Stir well and add potassium soap of castor oil
● Add water and mix evenly
